Access FM is Bridgwater’s community radio station, broadcasting 24/7 on 104.2fm, online and on our very own app for iOS device. As a local radio station, we’re able to give our community a platform to share their stories, whether that means talking about the work of a community group, promoting a fundraising event, or a musician playing their latest creation. We want to be as plugged-in to Bridgwater and the Somerset Levels as we can be. In the past we’ve done that through connections with local uniformed groups, charities and their fundraising events, schools and businesses.
Mansfield 103.2 FM - The Home of Great Music is an Independent Local Radio station in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. It is based at the Brunts Business Centre in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and has a transmitter on Fishponds Hill between Sutton-in-Ashfield and Mansfield. Mansfield 103.2's Managing Director is Tony Delahunty and the Managing Editor is Ian Watkins. The station is Mansfield's only local radio station and is one of the town's major sources of news and sports coverage.
Castledown FM is run by a team of over 60 volunteers from the local community; a mix of presenters, engineers, and co-ordinators, without whom the station would not be able to run. Initially launched as Castledown Radio in 2005, the radio was part of the Integration of Communities Project, funded by the EU and DEFRA. Following a successful period of online broadcasting, FM broadcasting began in November 2006.
